Payable in advance of the tenancy commencement
Holding fee
Minimum of £300 per property. All offers are subject to landlord approval, to secure a property a holding deposit of £300 is required. On successful negotiation, the holding deposit is deducted from the first month rent. In the event the offer is not accepted; the holding deposit will be returned to you in full.
1st month advance Rent - Variable as per the agreed rental figure for the property.
Late Rent Payment Charge
3% above Base Rate. Any rent late payment can be subject to an interest charge of 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate. The charge will apply for the period from the rent due date to the rent payment date.
Early agreement termination: Fee will be in accordance to the property monthly rent
Payable at the end of your tenancy
